Very friendly staff and PR. I THOUGHT THE COST WAS HIGH BUT EXPECTED A LITTLE MORE THAN WHAT WAS DELIVERED FOR THE PRICE. I had Another florist delivered same day for a birthday yo same address and that cost was $80 and same size. Z were $160
