Ayano in , Japan was sent Ruby as a Birthday gift

I am not sure if it was you or somebody else but once before I ordered flowers and once I got the bill, I saw an extra change for shipping. This time the shipping charge was a part of the bill. Very nice flowers but if I ever see an extra charge for shipping, I will never order flowers from that source again. No need to reply.
